Bring your dog on holiday

We welcome dogs at the White Coach House; however we can only accept one dog per booking.

As the property is situated in a conservation area there are lots and lots of wonderful walks to be enjoyed from the front door.

The Lugg Meadow, a short walking distance from the White Coach House, is a flat area of pastureland, managed by the Herefordshire Nature Trust and acclaimed for its natural history. It is partially designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest primarily for the nationally important widlflowers and grasses which grow there. The Meadow is famous for its snake’s head fritillaries.

If you want to venture out further afield there are walks along the River Wye, the Malverns, and Offa's Dyke, to mention a few.

Please let us know when you make your booking if you intend to bring your dog.

We will charge you an extra fee of £15-00 for your dog to stay and we would ask you to meet the following booking conditions:

  • do not let your dog on any of the furniture.
  • do not leave your dog unattended in the property.
  • your dogs treatments for fleas, ticks and worms must be up-to-date.
  • clean up after your dog in the garden and the surrounding area.
  • notify us of any accidents or damage to the property  caused by your dog as soon as possible so that we can take remedial action before our next guests arrive.
  • Payment for small breakages will not normally be required, but significant damage is the responsibility of the Hirer and a charge will be made for any repairs or replacements, or any professional cleaning that is required.
